Welcoming a newborn into your home is a beautiful yet exhausting journey. Sleep deprivation can make it harder to recover, care for your baby, and enjoy these precious early moments. That’s where I come in.

As an experienced overnight newborn care provider, I offer compassionate, expert support while you get the rest you need. Whether you're a first-time parent or growing your family, my goal is to create a peaceful, nurturing environment for both you and your baby.

How My Approach is Different

Unlike traditional night nannies or baby nurses who focus solely on physical care, my approach is holistic and family-centered

  • Gentle Sleep Support Without Harsh Sleep Training – I prioritize nurturing sleep foundations based on your baby’s natural rhythms, never forcing unattainable ridged schedules.

  • A Postpartum Doula’s Touch – I offer emotional support, evidence-based guidance, and care that extends beyond just your baby—I’m here for you as well.

  • Breastfeeding & Bottle-Feeding Expertise – Whether you're nursing, pumping, combo-feeding, or formula feeding, I support your unique feeding journey with a judgment-free approach.

  • A Peaceful, Intuitive Presence – Every baby is different. I adapt to your baby’s needs and parenting preferences, creating a calm, secure nighttime environment.

  • Support for Traveling Families – Unlike many night doulas who work only locally, I also provide destination overnight care, traveling with families who need nighttime support while on vacation, work trips, or special occasions. Click Here For More Info

Frequently Asked Questions

As a mother of four, I understand how tender and vulnerable those first weeks (and months!) can be. My goal is to ease your nights, support your recovery, and nurture your confidence as a new parent. Below are some of the most common questions families ask before welcoming overnight care into their home:

What’s the difference between an overnight doula and a nanny?

Great question! An overnight doula specializes in the care and support of newborns and postpartum parents. While a nanny may focus more on general childcare, I provide holistic overnight support that includes newborn care, emotional support for the birthing parent, breastfeeding guidance, and expert insight into infant sleep and development. My work centers on nurturing both baby and family through the postpartum transition.

What do you do while you are here overnight?

While you rest, I care for your baby (or babies) throughout the night. That means soothing, feeding (or bringing baby to you for feeds), burping, diapering, and settling baby back to sleep. I also handle light baby-related tasks like bottle washing, restocking diapers and wipes, or keeping a simple log of baby’s feeds and sleep. My presence is meant to bring peace of mind and more restorative sleep for you. I may catch a quick cat nap while baby is sleeping if baby allows.

What training and certifications do you have?

I am a certified postpartum doula and holistic sleep coach, with specialized training in newborn care, infant sleep, lactation support, and maternal wellness. My background also includes CPR certification for infants and adults, and I continuously invest in education to stay current on safe sleep practices, feeding trends, and gentle parenting philosophies. Have you worked with twins or multiples?

Yes! I have extensive experience supporting families with twins. I understand the unique dynamics and logistics that come with multiples, and I’m confident in managing feeds, soothing techniques, and sleep for more than one baby—while ensuring you’re supported, too.

Do you mind if we have pets in the home?

Not at all! I love animals and am totally comfortable in pet-friendly homes. That said, I do focus solely on newborn and postpartum care, so pet care (like walking or feeding) should be handled by the family or a pet sitter.

How do you provide support if I’m breastfeeding?

If you’re breastfeeding, I’ll bring your baby to you when it’s time to feed and help with positioning or latch if needed. After the feed, I’ll take over so you can go right back to sleep—I’ll burp, change, and settle baby back down. I’m also happy to help you navigate pumping or mixed feeding if that’s part of your journey.

Do you have product recommendations?

Absolutely! I’ve tested and seen hundreds of baby products in action. I love helping parents find practical, quality items that work for your unique needs—whether that’s swaddles, bottles, sleep tools, or postpartum recovery essentials. I also provide registry concierge services, which you can book HERE

Do you offer breastfeeding or newborn care classes?

Yes, I offer both virtual and private in-person classes covering breastfeeding basics, bottle feeding, newborn care, sleep foundations, and more. These sessions are relaxed, informative, and personalized to your family’s goals.

Can we add sleep coaching to our overnight package?

You can! Gentle, holistic sleep coaching is available as an add-on to any overnight care package. Whether you're preparing for long-term healthy sleep habits or navigating a specific challenge (like early wakings or nap transitions), I offer a calm, responsive approach that respects your baby’s needs and your parenting style.

If you have a question that’s not answered here, I’m just a message away. Every family is different, and I’m here to create a care plan that fits yours perfectly.
